Shipping costs and delivery times
We ship to the Netherlands and partially EU. Shipping costs vary based on weight and destination and are calculated at checkout.
The delivery times are approximately as follows:
- Netherlands: 2-3 business days
- Belgium and Germany: 3-5 business days
- Other EU countries: 5-7 business days
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Shipping partners
We work with PostNL and DHL for reliable and fast delivery.
Delivery delays
While we do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as carrier congestion or weather conditions). Please contact us if your order is taking longer than expected.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages nor are we responsible for returned or rejected packages due to invalid shipping addresses provided by the customer.
